We feel it is very important to have an open communication with our shareholders. We keep our shareholders abreast of fund developments on this website but also by issuing electronic newsletters, quarterly messages and our annual report.
General meeting of Shareholders
The ultimate power within NBZ lies with the shareholders, with the investors of NBZ. The General Meeting of Shareholders can dismiss the Management Board and the Supervisory Board if they disagree with the policy pursued.
Dividend policy
Dividend is paid in advance in the form of interim dividend in the first week of January, April, July and October. Every shareholder who has been entered in the shareholders register before one of these months is eligible for the quarterly dividend concerned.
Financial information
In addition to the annual report, we inform our shareholders on the performance of the fund on a quarterly basis.
Result origin
Het result originates from three markets on which our fleet is currently active. The gas market, the chemicals market and the dry cargo market.
